Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Responsible for China market (both online and offline channels). Develop the sales strategy and implement acquisition plans towards sales objectives; • Own company’s assigned sales & profit targets. Be proactive and resourceful in driving sales to secure the achievement of targets; • Build up the long-term partnership with channel distributors to drive Win-Win situation; • Develop a high-performance team and team culture; • Other tasks assigned by the company.
• Minimal 5-year sales experience (both 2B and 2C), retail/FMCG industry are preferred; • Strong sales competencies with relative customer resources, proven sales record in relative industry; • Strong business acumen and complex problem-solving skills. Results orientated and ability to make timely decisions; • Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• Set up training various modules (Training regulation, training requirement, trainer management, develop training courses, evaluation of training effectiveness); • Organize and develop various training courses and materials; • Design employee development projects; organize various departments to develop • Arrange various team-building activities for employees; • Other task assigned by the line manager.
• Bachelor degree or above, at least 3-year related work experience. • Solid communication and logical skills. • Open-minded and self-motivated. • Be proficient in English.
