Legendary brand Quan Ju De is one of the most famous and oldest restaurants in China. Quan Ju De offers an array of modern and fusion dishes, alongside traditional dishes inspired by the royal cuisine of the Forbidden City. The latest international branch of the restaurant launched this year in Vancouver, British Columbia. Golucci Interior Architects created their concept based on the folklore of Chinese New Year, where people place traditional couplets about happiness upside-down in their homes to bring joy and hope to the family in the coming year.
