A COLLECTION OF DINING TABLES AND CHAIRS CREATED BY DANISH DESIGNER OEO STUDIO

Stellar Works is excited to launch Aya, a new collection of dining tables and chairs by Danish designers OEO Studio. The collection comes ten years after Stellar Works and OEO Studio’s first collaboration and showcases the two brands’ shared aesthetic inclination for clean, minimal design.

Aya is a minimal, yet highly complex collection where every detail has been carefully orchestrated, from the small wooden joints and angles, to the stitching on the seating. The design embodies an encounter between Asian and Scandinavian styles. The collection’s name is an onomatopoeia, a poetic name as soft and sophisticated as the design itself.

Aya’s elegant and light wooden frame is inspired by Asian culture and design, and effortlessly carries the soft, embracing shell and seat. While comfort and durability lie at the core of the chair’s design, it is complemented by an elegant and timeless silhouette. The design of the Aya tables mirrors the structure and details of the chair frame, resulting in a coherent and pared back collection suitable for both domestic and hospitality settings.
