Redefining Airport Stays For The Modern Traveler
Located in the city of Kastrup, Denmark, just a mere 5 minutes from Copenhagen Airport, the Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport redefines what an airport hotel can be. Conceived by the Oslo-based design company Haeg Interior, this hotel exudes a meticulously crafted chic urban style.
The interior design of Comfort Hotel draws inspiration from the location’s rich history, with cheerful nods to hangars, terminals, aircraft, and aircraft parts seamlessly integrated throughout the space. The lobby features a unique “Barception,” a playful blend of bar and reception area. This vibrant space showcases the Chillax Lounge Chairs by Nic Graham, known for their comforting solid wood armrests.
Complementing the Barception area are the Slow Lounge chairs by Space Copenhagen, which strike a harmonious balance between mid-century Danish and classic Japanese design, sitting elegantly against the lobby’s sophisticated grey and green color scheme.
Additionally, the Blink Counter Stools, designed by Yabu Pushelberg, have been thoughtfully selected for their compact yet sculptural profile. These stools are ideal for the bustling hotel environment, offering both practicality and the necessary privacy for guests to sit and work comfortably.
